Meet Chris & Mark, the skippers
Chris Adamson, Skipper
Chris Adamson, left school after attaining A levels and moved out to Australia to study as an Ocean Yachtmaster, and at 19 became one of the youngest people to achieve this accolade in England.
During his training, Chris sailed various vessels on the East Coast of Australia up to the Whitsunday Islands, and clocked up many thousands of miles in the process.
This experience has served him well for the time he's skippered the Mezzo Magic & Pequod, and you couldn't be in safer hands when it comes to navigating the turquiose Mediterranean waters.
After his academic success, Chris went back to Southampton to study again and has also achieved the status of RYA Cruising Instructor for Yachts.
Mark Adamson, Skipper
Mark has sailed since starting out on a Mirror dinghy he built at home with his father aged 8.
Many dinghy changes later from National 12's, Enterprises and Lasers going through Club level and National Racing events he bought the Mezzo Magic on Lake Windermere.
He passed his skipper exams and on the search for more taxing sailing the Mezzo was moved to Amble in Northumberland and spent the next 2 years on the North Sea.
It was then decided to move the Mezzo to warmer climes and now she is settled here in Port Soller enjoying fine sailing conditions and a lovely climate.

Both Skippers also have a great knowledge of the local bars and restaurants in Port Soller, as they live there - so make them your first port of call when deciding a night out!
We cater for all groups, including wedding parties, hen/stag parties.
Along with our candlelight dinner for two, we now offer either Chinese or Indian takeaway suppers on both Mezzo and Perquod, all for you to enjoy in a secluded bay while watching the sunset with a bottle of fine local wine - perfect.
